Mindful Parent

Do you often feel exhausted when you have to balance work, house chores and taking care of the children?

Do you often get angry, yell at your children and wish you could control your temper?

Do you want to get to know your child better and connect more closely with him or her?

If the answer is Yes for most of the above situations, then the Mindful Parent course might help you.

Parents are encouraged to participate in groups so that they can discuss, share experience, and learn from one another. The course combines online and in-person learning at the MindFitness Saigon Pearl center.
