Mindful Me

Course spans from 6 to 8 weeks

2 sessions / week

30-45 minutes / session

 

An introductory course on mindfulness with different levels for students from primary school to university. This is simply a course that teaches life skills to help improve concentration, increase self-awareness and strengthen emotional intelligence.

Students enroll in groups or individually depending on their needs. Please note that if registering as a group, the age difference among group members should not be too substantial.
